Below Your Belt Selected to Participate in National Science Foundation I-Corps™ Program

CHICAGO, IL, May 31, 2018 – Below Your Belt (BYB), a pelvic health technology startup was awarded a grant to participate in the I-Corps “Phase 0” pilot program in Austin, TX this summer.  

NSF established the Phase 0 program to encourage applications for I-Corps and their Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants from non-university affiliated companies with deep technology.

“We are honored to be part of the prestigious 7-week I-Corps program, which will allow us to build a deep understanding the needs of our targeted customers. Following our I-Corps program we will receive support from the Midwest I-Corps Node to help us apply for and implement an SBIR award,” said Missy Lavender, CEO of Below Your Belt.
